332 problem

I have a coulpe of problems with my buddy's 332. First off we are trying to hook up his suzuki to it. We are trying to put the 1.9 update from lowrance on it. I put it on a sd card and it won't auto load like it should. I did do the puck update first like it said to do. Also why dosen't the nmea 2000 show up in the menu window like it should. Thanks

I had the same problem as you, however, you have to download the Java program first before downloading the information onto your chip. Then it will just go through the download with no problems...

Can you go into more detail on this java? Do you have to put it on the chip also? Thanks

The Java program can be downloaded (for free) on Lowrance's website. This program will download to our computer and you will need this program to download the upgrades onto the Chip. Hope that helps...
