I'll start off by saying I am not affiliated with West Marine in any way. But currently, IF YOU GO THROUGH live.com (microsofts new search engine) and make a purchase at West Marine, you will get a check back or direct deposit from Microsoft for 25% of your eligible purchase. I've bought from west marine in the past and they are a reputable online marine parts site. One example of the saving is a $650 Lowrance LMS-522C for 487.50. Plus there is a $50 Lowrance rebate that is good till Sunday, making a final price for a LMS-522C $437.50.
They have many items such as Minn Kota trolling motors, downriggers, fishfinders, radios, hardware, props, etc. Here is the link where you need to start your shopping. Find West Marine and click on "Go To Store" http://search.live.com/cashback/stores/W Once you make a purchase, Windows Live search engine will send you an email stating what your saving amount is. Make sure you buy during the session that you clicked "Go To Store" Here is the link if you have questions on using Microsoft Windows Live and how it all works. http://search.live.com/cashback/faq#faq6 Last edited by drbrand; 08-28-2008 at 11:49 PM. |

Overtons.com, part of Gander Mountain, is another store offering 25% off your purchase.

I see FishUSA is on there too, I have bought stuff from them before.
But I dont see how it works, it says 15-25% off. But it looks like you have to buy the item first and then microsoft sends you an email telling you what the saving is? So you dont know upfront before you buy something if its 15% or 25% or something in between? Or maybe I am not understanding how this works |

I dont know how to find out what percentage to expect with stores that have a varible percentage cashback like fishusa. I think the only way to know would be to call or email the store and ask.
Overtons has a great deal on a Raymarine Ray 48 VHF marine radio, regularly $150, on sale for $80, plus 25% cashback through live.com makes it $60. Raymarine makes good equipment. Last edited by drbrand; 08-29-2008 at 04:03 PM. |

oh ok I see how it works now
you dont go to the stores site though the link unless you are buying something you search for a specific item in the live search box. it then shows you the prices makes sense now Last edited by perchjerker; 08-29-2008 at 05:33 PM. |
