I know i.ve seen this before, but I don't remember if there was a solution. I have 2006 Merc 9.9 pro kicker that was running fine. In sept. I was in kentucky where the water was 82 and air temp.90. The motor started to lose prime and I had to pump the bulb every 10 min. I had the same problem with a 8.h.p,but this motor has been running fine. Is there a problem with the fuel pump?

They might have something, by now..?.
They were gonna take a look at working on it a year ago, when I was still in the loop. But, if not, the Yamaha pump bolts right on. |
