Default Problem keeping running 9.9 4 stroke merc

I am having a problem keeping it running once it starts.
Only runs for 5 or 10 seconds.
I have new gas,new plugs, new oil and filter.
It has water coming out of the impeller when running.
Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks Guys!

I would first check that your fuel tank vent is not plugged. Try running the motor with the cap loose

Is the primer ball staying hard? Check for leaks around any fuel line leaks?

Make sure fuel valve is open, mine was partially closed when I bought it so when I gave it more throttle it would quit running. After alot of effort it was as simple as a fuel valve underneath the floor.

I've had the same problem, carb is a bit dirty. Try running seafoam through it and turn your idle up a bit while running the sea foam throgh the motor, or clean the carb.
