Hey WCer's,
Anyone out there use or found an alternative to the BoatGO storage nets? I really like the way they look, but 33 bucks in Cabelas is a little spendy... Please let me know if any of you out there have anything that works well for you. Thanks! |

Go to your local salvage yard and get some of the cargo nets you find in car trunks. Sometimes you can get them for free. They may not be the exact size, but they work well. I have seen other threads on this site that address how to attach them.

I bought some atv cargo netting last year. I cut it up to fit and rigged it up in my friends boat. It works ok except the holes are to big for my likeing. I spent alot of time running around town looking for something that might work and if I could have just bought the stuff your looking at I would have.

I got mine from my daughters Grand Prix when she totaled it. Take the hooks out from the car and screw them into your boat. Attach the netting just like in the trunk of the vehicle. Workes great !

I have been looking all over the internet for good alternatives and have not had the greatest luck finding anything. Good advice! Thanks again! |

Gander Mountain in Hermantown Mn had some in 2 sizes with the largest being I think around 10" X 42" for $14.99 and the smaller size was $9.99.

FYI: Just bought a 42" BoatGo brand net yesterday at Fleet Farm in St Cloud MN for $20. Installed it this morning.
