Default Aim to the rescue

I was listening to a fishing radio show last night and Scott Matheson the President of AIM was a guest.

He said that AIM is developing a plan to save the sport fishing industry and that it'll be announced prior to ICAST, the big sport fishing industry manufacturer show in mid-July.

He said AIM's plan will revolutionize how folks spend their dollars at the cash register and it'll totally make everyone money in the fishing industry as long as they all cooperate with AIM.

Instead of acting individually as for profit companies he said they all need to work as a single group to make things work.

He also said that he didn't know how many people actually watched the AIM website during their tournament. Those numbers weren't in or something to that effect.

Interesting show for sure.

Default I know the answer

They are going to have the stores measure your money at the cash register and then let you keep it.

It will revolutionize the sport. Especially if they put it on the internet.

BTW - I'm not joking, I was just posting this to share what I heard Scott Matheson of AIM say on a fishing show I listened to last night.

I'm guessing since it was Thursday night, it was probably the Fishin Fanatics Radio Show out of Illinois with hosts Dave and Kristin Landahl. We've been on their show a few times. They have a good thing there. Kristin is a hoot...SO funny! Dave knows the ins and outs of the industry too, so he's always got good topics to cover.

Just a guess...if I'm wrong, someone will tell me.

Default E commerance

There is a shop in Monroe MI. that was getting together with a bunch of tackle manfg. to set up something on E commerance. Suppose to be a way for everyone to buy stuff 10% over coast from the disturbutors direct.
Not sure if that what it is but should be hearing something very soon about it.

Default The Fishing Fanatics

Sorry about the delayed response.

Yes, The Fishing Fanatics radio show is where I heard the AIM chief Scott Matheson this past Thursday talk about the AIM plans to rectify the sport fishing industry.
