What were you running for a prop and what were your rpms at WOT. That will help to get you the right ss prop.

Was the original prop a SS or Aluminum? If it was Aluminum a SS of the same pitch will lower your RPM's. That motor should be between 5600-6200 so you have room to move up. Maybe a 20 pitch Suzuki SS or a 19 pitch from another manufacturer. I have a 13.25x19 Turning Point SS prop from my Suzuki 140 that was just slightly off for my boat, but might be perfect for your application. If you are close to Mpls you could try it to see how it works for you.

When you hit rocks with the SS there can be more damage than just the prop!

My 115 Zuke 2-stroke shines with the stock 18-pitch stainless but it sound like you have a 4-stroke if your only getting 5500. It will turn a 20 but that is pushing it when considering gear. I found the 18 to be the perfect ballance. I can just hit my rev limiter at 6200 before blowing out the prop. Its a screamer for a 115.
