Hi,

I have a 2001 2025 PRO-V.

The gas tank size according to the label on the tank is 55 gal. The "reserve tank" is just a different pickup on the main tank. I would guess it's a few gallons.

The Lund catalog says 55 gallons too. It also says it has the: "ProPlus Fuel Reserve System", but does not give the capacity. Hope this helps too, Gregory

Default Pro Plus Reserve

I have a Lund Tyee and have reearched the PPR system in the past.

My findings were the Pro Plus Reserve is approximately 10% of the size of the gas tank.

Therefore the "reserve" fuel supply in the '03 2025 Pro V is about 5-6 gallons.
The "primary " fuel supply is about 49-50 gallons.

As earlier posters have said there is no separate "reserve gas tank" merely a second gas pick-up lower than the primary pick-up.

55 gals.
When the "MAIN" pick up tube runs out...there is about 5 gals (10% +/-) remaining in the tank. Same tank.
Flip to reserve to get the remaining fuel. "Reserve" is just a deeper pick up tube.
