I would think the same (SD and MT). However, ask the guys on Archerytalk's bowhunting forum: http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=4

G & F says goats are down 20% from last year w/ Harding County hardest hit. I had planned to return for a third try at filling a tag but I wasn't able to do so the two previous years so I'm not sure about this season. Also, G & F is saying it's due to the harsh winter but we saw many (21 dead in one spot!) w/ EHD: a contagious blood disease they get from gnats due to the wet summer last year. I am thinking that had to have an effect as well. I guess that's the only consolation for not getting one last year.
