Default Congratulations Guy Ryan and Troy Ethridge!

Congrats on your Devils Lake MWC win gentlemen! Job well done....

19.57 on day one and 27.36 on day two for a total of 46.93 for two days is an awesome weight for that lake. Way to go!

Default wc coverage?

Juls, you should of been there to cover this event! Your the best at it and to my knowledge wc didn't even interview Troy and guy! I Kinda feel like they was shorted a little on the coverage of their great win because it was ran with the ntc. You know I'm a big fan of wc but please see that these guys get the coverage they deserve. Jim

Hi Jim,
Jake said it was difficult with the two events, and when he was done interviewing the NTC winners, he said he looked around and everyone had split, so he didn't get a chance to interview the MWC winners.

That happens a lot with anglers...they don't stick around the weigh in sites for long. I can attest to that.

I can do this for them though....

If you get me a phone number, I can give them a call and do an interview with them.

I think they have a fun story.

You can email me the phone number at juls231@msn.com

thanks,
Juls

Great work guys. You rocked em good.

Keep a look out over your shoulders though. Only 8 points behind you and giving it all we got at Waubay.

In all seriousness, great win for some great guys. The friendly competition is what the MWC is all about. Best of luck onyour TOY quest. 1st, 2nd, and 14th is pretty dang good and one more top ten will get it done for a great season.

You KS guys rock. Way to go. I hope a West tm takes AOY. We should get some of the traveling teams together in Waubay for a fish fry one night. Looks to be abt 2dz tms. Maybe the KS and NB tms can bring some steaks and ribs for a bbq?

Default Battle on the bay

Looking forward to The Battle On The Bay, this is the very reason we signed up for the MWC west. To fish against tough competition on fantastic walleye waters.( Never dreamed we would have the year were having) Prayin for stable weather and a good bite so everyone can put on a good show. Wish everyone fishing the tournament the best of luck!!!! Thanks for the kind words Johnny, you're a good guy on and off the water and a great ambassador for our sport. We will be prepared and working our tails off. Were excited for the opportunity & the challenge. There are a lot of good sticks still a factor in the various races, were just thrilled to be in there with'em. Thanks again everyone for all the congrats!!!!

Great Job Guys! Way to figure out those nice fish you caught both days. Those Kansas teams are tough in the West. Like Johnnie said we will be doing everything we can to catch you at Waubay! 8 points doesn't seem like a lot, but against you guys, 8 points will be tough to make up. Look forward to the fishing..but most of all the the fun and friendly competition!
