i have samsung sgh d400,it was locked to at&t i need to unlock in order to that i have two choices one is unlock code i found it here http://www.unlock-free.com/ ,another is software i need a safe and good suggestion.

I used these guys to unlock a Blackberry.

They gave me several codes to try.

If you have had your phone for 3 months or more, most cell companies will give you the codes if you tell them that you are taking it overseas and need to use a local sim card.

You only get so many tries to unlock, so you want to make sure to do it right.
