Like pointed out above, make sure all your settings are correct. Its not automatic.

I used a 4 GB SDHC card to load 5 HDS units with the latest update (Feb. 1st).

The update file is 332 MB's

I'm not aware of any MMCplus cards larger than 8GB and the only SD chips I've seen bigger than 2GB are all HCSD.
