Ranger Tarp Question

I am replacing the screens on my boat with a full windshield. In order to make my tarp fit I obviously need to have some adjustments made. My question is, is this something that can only be done by Ranger or can my local tarp guy make the necessary adjustment and still have it look nice and fit well.

Does anyone who has done this mind giving me an idea on what these tarp adjustments cost?
