I fished Glendo last Thursday night and Friday morning. It was slow. I only got one waldo, but it was a nice 23 incher. Caught it out from the dam vertical jigging. The water temp was 53 at the river, but only 42 at the dam.

Default Glendo eyes
Caught 2 last weekend 18 and 21 inches trolling cranks over 5 hours.
