Default Hooked up Battery backwards

K my stupidity, never thought I would do it, but i did. Now my 175 opti with the big tiller handle, starts fine and runs, but I have no, power steering, now I know that the power sterring wont work if it is not getting juice from the alternator to make it run, so im assuming that I blew a fuse some where, also I have a battery isolator wired in the back, as well for the electronics ect, and I know thats not charging cause I can see the voltage on my graphs. There are 2 of these inline 100amp fuses ont he isolator and I seen one under the cowling going to the alternator on a red wire? not sure what all to check?

looking at the installation manual I have, there are also fuses (H) in the cables that run from the isolator to the batteries. Have you checked these?

Been there ,done that. It's most likely a diode in the wireing on the front of the motor.
