What do I do? Used once last summer, no receipt, user error. I'm not looking for a handout, but is there any sort of warranty or anything I can do? Thanks for any help!

Send the rod to the factory and yhey will take care of you.I have found that this mfg. is very helpfull. Send them an e-mail first and they will give you instructions.

Yep, Fenwick is very helpful. HMX have a 5yr warranty.

Ive sent many of their lifetime warranty rods(hmg and technas) in and have a new one in very short order.
