I am running a 1800 prov so definatly not the same hull but I am one hole up from factory setting. I am turning 6200 rpms @ wot with a 19p tempess. Hopefully someone will come along with a rig that is a closer match to what you have. I dont think not being at sea level is a big deal with a verado since the supercharger will off set the lack of o2, to a certain extent.

On Lunds I sold, they were normally mounted 3rd hole from top. (different hull than a C-liner, however)
Best prop is usually Merc Tempest 19.
Yup....you should be turning 6000-6300rpm. at w.o.t. and trimmed correctly.

I'm surprised your dealer doesn't have this pretty well figured out for you.
