Would that be the White River in Arkansas? Or is there a White River in the Dakotas?

That would be a heck of a trip from Arkansas...White River, Mississippi River and the Missouri River.

Thumbs down White River inSouth Dakota

The white river, where the fish was tagged and released is in South Dakota. About half way between hwy 44 and interstate 90 is where it flows into the Missouri river..This fish came down river around 70 ty miles some how got around or over 2 huge dams. Just to die under Gavin Point dam.

Ben...thanks for the info. Makes the trip by the big blue a little more believable. That would have been quite a trip from Arkansas.
