First thing I would look at is your pedal. I have a terrova and they aren't the same but my foot pedal was replaced in the first year because the magnets inside were wrong/bad. I couldn't go left either. I used my copilot and it worked fine. If you have a co-pilot will it turn for you?

No. haven't up graded to the pilot yet. Really didn't know if I should clean a connection or go after foot petal. Challenge is I'm leaving for Rainy Lake tomorrow for a week hate to turn it manual that long and don't know if that will make it worst,

You could always look up a minn kota service center and have them take a look on the way. Call 800-227-6433 and ask for the nearest service center in your area. They probably have a spare pedal and can test that theory in a couple minutes.

I have several Minnkota power drives with the flat connectors if yours are the flat connectors clean the connectoer plugs ,both the female and male ends with a good electronic cleaner . they corrode and send goofy or no signals from your control to your unit. After you clean them and get it working use light bulb grease or dilectic grease to prevent future corrosion . If that doesn,t fix it you may have a bad foot control.

![]() If you can find someone with the same type of footpedal they would probably let you test it. It could be a bad switch, bad connection, broken wire or bad relay. This site has some diagrams: http://www.trollingmotorparts.com/de...searchprompt=1 Jerry |
