LCX26 HD LGC-4000 help
hooked up a new 4000 to my unit, and I get GPS module not responding, I looked into the software and I do not have the latest version, could this be the problem ?

Yes, it could. I used to get it all the time with my LGC 2000. I updated to the 3000, and that helped but did not eliminate the problem. Then upon updating my software (LCX 28chd), it went away. I still have a LCX 20c unit on the boat also, and that gets the "GPS module not responding" on start-up still. All I do with that one is do a soft reset, and it goes away.
