X 67 not working

My x 67 worked for about 5 min. yesterday ,then shut off...I hooked up unit to a friends power supply and still nothing, So I hooked my power supply to his unit and his unit worked...so the issue is in my unit.. not the battery or transducer power cord...any ideas?

Lowrance cust service was terrible...Said 212.00 to fix unit thats 2 yrs old...Asked about a trade in value.. no dice..so they are sending it back..I'm impressed'
