Thumbs up Alright Gary Parsons Game On !

I pulled the trigger on a 2011 175 tracker combo. Extras were a 70 lb minnkota (built in Ipilot) 3 bank charger moved the lowrance ff to the front and will have a 898c si on the dash. It`s taking a month to get it due to the amount of these boats that they are selling (reduced price) ?? I will post on here and various other web sites unbiased reports on how my ownership of this boat is going. Everything from handling to a loose screw I will report on it. I as well as everyone else works very hard for their money and can only buy what you can afford. I`m hoping tracker will be as upfront and honest as I will be when giving these reports. Boat should arrive by the end of March (I ordered it on Feb 18) Watch for my reports.

Thanks for keeping us updated on your tracker deal. I look forward to it. Tracker is making it mighty interesting with their pricing, and the boat layout seems good too.Just curious , why did'nt you do the rod holder option ?

If I might ask is there a reason you went with the combo over the regular 175 walk thru???? Same hull, width and length.........only difference in length is the swim platform.........

I've been looking at both boats and even verified with Tracker in Springfield about the hull being the same.......... For "me" I'm not sure if the two fold out seats and a swim platform are worth the extra money...........but it might be to have it black and not blue....lmao...

Anyway that's a **** of a boat at a great price....tracker has come a long long way in a short time..........

Smile Why I went with the Combo

Swim platform 2 rear jump seats, there was a post on here yesterday about ladders etc. I`m no hero and fish a lot by myself. almost 60 yrs old and if I fall off that boat when I`m by myself probably the only way I would get back into it would be with a ladder, being as high sided as it is and a 25 in transom, also the rear jump seats I liked.

kevinpa,

mind if i ask which motor you opted for? 90/115 - opti/4st? also, have you thought about a kicker? just wondering, because i've also been doing a lot of research - thinking of upgrading to a larger boat and i would absolutely need a kicker. this seems to be a ton of boat for the money.
thanks,

tracker

Kevin, good for you man. Looking forward to your reports and hope you are very satisfied with your new rig. If you plan to get her up on the Kinzua this year give me a shout.
