veritas vs mojo bass

im trying to decide between the two rods
i like the 7 foot medium action
any opinions also which reel would you recomend
also open to other suggestions of rods

bps carbonlite is a great rod for the price, they also have some with micro guides

My brother just bought a custom rod made by a local guy built on a Mojo Bass medium action blank.

$60.

It's a wand.

I have a MH 7' Mojo and like the rod, the Garcias seem to have a little more backbone...

ya i bought the veritas i also have the eyecon which is the same blank as the mojo so ill be able to compare the two pretty well i didnt like where the threads for the reel seat are located on the mojo. where i hold my rod my hand would be on the exposed threads. that is why i went with the veritas

I think you made the right choice in the end. The veritas is really nice I think for the price.
