Default FLW League?

Is there any talk of this coming back if this season of the FLW Walleye Tour is successful?

I hope so. The way I see it, the FLW needs a feeder series for up and coming pros for long term sustainability.

I don't know if I'd say I'm up and coming, But I miss the competetion and it was aimed at the "weekend fisherman".

I haven't fished one since 06 or 07, can't remember, but I miss it a bit. I don't have the time to commit to fishing a Tour event at this time, so I don't want to commit financially for that reason as well.

Just thinking out loud I guess.

The last season of the MN league had more boaters than the tour did too. I know other areas where lacking but they should be able to make the MN and WI league profitable. Heck, even if they just had one division it would still be a great MN/WI turnout.

I would agree to an extent. Most were good events. I wish they would have moved it around a bit. Most of the same lakes were fished each year, but none the less, it was a good time and well run for the most part.

One division wouldn't be a horrible idea. I think some would have an issue with the travel if they tried to spred it out over too far of an area though.

Maybe four events, two in each state? Again, just thinking out loud so to speak.
