Mine was acting up (not working at all) last year, I called them up and he said ship it to us and we'll fix it. And they did. No questions asked. It was on the boat when I bought it. Works great now. Customer service, what a concept.

I have had my trollmaster for 7 years with no problems....

Please describe how your Trollmaster is "acting up". Mine acted very goofy until I replaced the original 2-stroke kicker plugs with resistor plugs. The Trollmaster was sensitive to electrical noise from the ignition, but I was able to get that completely under control.
