Lowrance Extended Warranty Question

I have a Lowrance HDS-10 with LSS-1. They come with a 2 year warranty.
The pricing from Lowrance for the extended warranty is:
HDS-10 2 yr $299.95 and LSS-1 2 yr $149.95

However, J&H Products (jandhproducts.com), apparently an authorized dealer offers different pricing for what they call manufacturers extended warranty. I emailed them and the warranty is actually provided through cpscentral.com, not Lowrance.
HDS-10 2 yr $109.99 4 yr $169.99
LSS-1 2 yr $ 49.99 4 yr $89.00

Square Trade offers a third party warranty and it doesn't matter whether you purchase from ebay or where and will also cover accidental damage.

Anyone have any experiences with J&H (cpscentral) or Square Trade to share?
