Lowrance/Humminbird Portables

Need A good portable for our boat-in Canada trip next Summer. Looking between the Lowrance Mark 5X and Humminbirds 570. I like the Birds battery power set up better, but read the Lowrance's screen is a lot easier to read. Any one have an opinion ? Happy holidays to all and thanks for all the help this past year. JJ

I think the 5X is color and the 570 is monochrome (black and white)?
Based on dated experience I favor Humminbird.
If I needed a portable sonar in my opinon I`d get a Vexilar flasher 8 se great for the hard water fishing too.
