does Ranger put "through hull" transducers at factory?

I'm curious because my Reata has a Lowrance LMS332 on the dash with GPS. The GPS puck is on the back of the boat...but I don't see a transducer on the transom? I'm guessing through hull...but does anyone know if this is their normal practice? TIA

Yes they do. Open the bilge access hatch, look down. There it is.

Its a very common option on the rangers.

another question...I need a 20" "long shaft" motor for this boat right? i can't get away with a 15" shaft?

When I sold them..yah they did...but, it had to be ordered that way.

25" so says the specs found here:

No, a 15" will not give you the performance you need.
