He is talking about White Bear Lake which is draining it's self dry. Nobody seems to know why but the level is dropping every year. I guess the upside is they should be pouring concrete to extend the ramps for when the water comes back up.

Power loading is here to stay. They might as well lengthen the ramps when they can.

Rope-a-Boat - Google it. The guy that invented it and sell it are in the NE burbs of the cities, go check it out. Not a cheap device but fun as heck to go to the ramp now. Loading is as easy as can be - back trailer down, jump in the boat, pull boat up to the trailer, bow eye clicks in to RAB, and pulls me up. Square on the trailer and secure every time. Jump out of the boat and on my way. I get the oddest looks at the ramp. Just moved to GA from MN and looking forward to showing it off here.
