with the DUI restrictions being lessened the walleye anglers that stayed home can now come along and help with gas!!??

If only the cost of driving up there is affected, I doubt it will have much of an impact. However, if rising fuel caused outfitters to raise their fees significantly (for boats, flights, shipments etc), then you might see an impact.
