New to Trolling

Starting to get into trolling for Walleyes and Trout and looking for some advice on good rod and reel combos at a good price. Don't want to spend too much yet till I become better at doing this type of fishing. Also any other good sites to look at for some helpful advice.

For trolling I like a good stiff rod, and fireline. The stiff rod & fireline is combination that allows me to often tear off cabbage weeds or other soft weeds that snag the lure.

I keep six of these on my boat for trolling cranks and worm harnesses behind planer boards or medium dipsys.

Four are spooled with 12 Trilene Big Game and two spooled with 30/10 power pro for dipsys.
