Best way to ship a 9.9 kicker?

Drain both the power head oil as well as the lower case oil before shipping.
Be sure to tell the buyer that the motor is shipped dry.

You should never ship a motor with any oil in it.

The UPS Store will probably ship it with UPS Freight, Which is more than likely cheaper than shipping it with UPS Parcel,.......
