I found my boat on here. I drove 280 miles the next day to buy it before it was sold to someone else. The seller held it for me until I could get there and look at it. If i didn't want it he had at least 10 other people call about it between the time I called and got there the next day.

Very effective, great service and lots to look at and compare. Like Juhls said, price it right and it will move.

I sold my pro v on here last year.I wouldn't waste your time listing anywhere else.Trust me you get plenty of coverage on here.The guy drove a total of 44 hours for it.

Bought 2 boats and sold 3 on this site , all very pleasnt transactions , as was said earlier , if you list a boat for what its worth , accurately describe it - nothing hidden , and you will be pleased with the results

Listed at about 3 today, over 400 clicks, and sold pending payment! Cheaper than my local paper and the guys looking here know what they are looking for.

It is the best place to see a boat IMO.

I sold my Ranger 692 a few years ago and it took 8 hours.

So where do you go to find a fair value so you can list it at a reasonable price?

Look at blue book values and then ads for similar rigged boats in your area....you can get a good estimate that way.

Do a search on the same topic and you'll find many threads with ideas on how to go about that.

Just do not post on the message boards here that you are "thinking of selling and want to know the boat's value", because it will be deleted for breaking the site rule of "no free advertising" or "for sale" items on the message boards. It's not fair to those who have paid for an ad and helped support the site, so it can remain free to all users.

Sold my boat on here, The amount of calls and emails were dang near impossible to keep up with! It sold in less than a week.

Bout a month later i realized i couldnt live a summer without a boat. Bought my new one off here as well.

IMHO, This is the ONLY place you need to go to buy or sell a boat.
