I needed a spare trailer tire/rim for my rig. I had a heck of a time finding a 14" D load range tire on the net. Couldn't find but a C range tire everywhere. Sent an email directly to Bear Trailers last week about this. Guy name Dave called me the next day. Asked me which rim I had and would call me back after he looked in the shop. Little while later a nice lady called me back and said they have it and asked if I would like one. Took my info and it was on porch this afternoon. May not be a big deal to most but I have to take a moment to give props when deserved. They took care of me and this isn't always the case when you deal directly with a manufacturer. Nice to be taken by real live courteous people who follow through. Keep up the good service Bear.
