Just wanted to report and leave this here for posterity in case someone else comes across this problem and comes looking for the answer on WC. I drilled out the plug and was able to make the adjustment and fine tune the idle mixture this weekend at 7000 feet. It ran flawlessly all weekend! The fishing was pretty good too!
