Default Rocky River ramp and lake erie

I will be taking grandkids out of this ramp area onto lake erie early june. Where can I go to find any kind of fish for them to catch. We can troll or cast out. Ages are 9, 6, and 6. I dont need honey holes but general idea of what direction to go how far out. General depths to find fish and suggestions on what to use. I usually fish out of Conn without them but have no clue what to do in their area of Lake Erie. Thanks for any help

I am looking for ideas for June. If needed I can drive further west with kids and go out from ramp their. I was hoping to get info for rocky river since I have to pull boat close to 1:20 minutes to pick them up. Hope someone can help with a few suggestions. I have a hand held gps with lake erie map.
