They get overwhelmed after a big weekend...but ...as a rule... "sold new product" with an issue - is "Job #1", on Dealer priority lists.
In otherwords... they get it inside and looked after... ASAP!
Once he can get the computer hooked onto it ...it shouldn't take long.
