Are there screws holding this down or is this just siicone down to the gunnel? I was trying to lift it but i don't want to use to much force. Switched over to the HDS units and this not needed with them.

I have a similar GPS puck, it's mounted on a base, the base is screwed down but I can twist the puck off that base, I think you have to twist it counter clockwise to get it off.

Thanks for the answers. I tried twisting and prying, I'll have to take the speaker out of the panel to see the underside of this. I just wanted to offer the whole package to someone and don't want them to have to find an antenna that will work with the unit.

DO NOT PRY OR TWIST IT OFF. You don't have the quick disconnect base. That puck is probably screwed in from underneath. Better to take off the speaker and look before you rip the puck up.
