Had a claim...Thanks Bob and Worldwide

[Hot Bite]

I hit a huge bump while driving down the road. It actually bent the frame on my trailer ( I know,no one else has ever heard of this either ). I immediately called my agent Bob . He told me that they would submit a claim. The insurance company called me the next day, they asked about my accident and sent me an email on what they needed from me ( pictures, estimate to fix, ect). I got an estimate ( they said that it was not fixable),sent the pics and info to them. Had another quick phone call with the insurance company. 3 days later I had the check in the bank !
