Default Lake Kabetogama limits

Hi all- I understand the slot limit on Lake Kabetogama and the 6 fish limit, with only 4 being walleyes. I however dont see anywhere that says how many northern pike you can keep and the size limits. Also, how many crappies and perch? Thanks for the help.
