Default There are two tabs available plus the flat plate.

The flat plate usually works fine on motors with power trim. If you have a steering torque issue where the boat is pulling to one side at the speeds you run at and you can't/ don't want to trim to a point where the steering wheel feels neutral, then you can buy a tab at the dealer. The standard tab will usually interfere with a SS prop; the so-called "high performance" tab has the tab itself set back for more prop clearance.
