No battery. 1 suction cup transducer, 1 fixed mount transducer with mount, 1 speed wheel, 1 standnard power supply cable, 1 power supply cable with connection for speed wheel, and 1 Eagle Ultra 2 Fish Finder (has one lower row of pixels out). 1 plastic transducer mounting plate. 150.00 plus shipping. * 1 Cabelas Deluxe rod corral.
