That spot paid off again actually and I was first to weigh in again, but that was because I'd rather be early than late. Maybe if I would have... ah never mind. .

Chris and I made no mistakes on day 3 and that was good because we didn't have any room for errors. Unlike day 2 with me almost falling out of the boat trying to net an under and then tossing it basically. LOL

It certainly wouldn't have even been remotely possible without highly skilled co-anglers such as yourself. I learned alot about keeping fish alive, netting, and reeling in fish. Thanks for going way above and beyond to help me make this a reality.

Congrats Eric! I fished with Scott Bogen here on Lake Erie yesterday, one of your Oahe competitors, and he had nothing but good things to say about you.

Job well done....

Thanks Juls! That's awesome you got to fish with Scott. He didn't hesitate giving me tips and being helpful. Such a nice guy!

I wish I could have hung out with him, Mr. Ross, Mr. Graves, and Mr. Carter more. But my wife and I have an agreement that I have to do all the cooking and cleaning if she puts me in the lake each day.

I think the registration deadline for the Escanaba tournament has passed or I would be on my way.

I believe they will let you enter up until Aug 1st. If you do decide to make the trip let me know I'm local to the area and can try and help with any arrangements that I can.

It's funny. I never got over that feeling even going out Day 3. Thinking, oh crap, is this the day I weigh nothing...LOL

Probably a good choice Eric. Let this one soak in for awhile. I am going to do the Trinidad CWA tourny
this weekend. Should be a bit warmer than what we had at Jumbo. I am strongly thinking of a FLW tourny or two as a co-angler next year.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Mr. Ross for 4.5 days leading up to the tournament, was a blast!! Caught lots of fish and the company was great! Great bunch of guys. Hope to do it again, maybe next yr will have to enter the tournament.

Default Great job Eric

Wow, that is awesome! Way to make Colorado anglers proud. This is a memory you will have for a lifetime and the only way to top this fishing experience is to win a FLW, so go get’em.
