Does anyone know if a transducer for a lcx 25 will work with a lcx 15 or where I could find information? thanks

From what I understand the transducer for the lcx 25 has a blue connector while the lcx 15 has a gray connector. Some suggest the transducers will interchange but that the temperature might not work.
