Dumoine Lake quebec canada

Went to dumoine lake cottages in quebec, it was great the fishing was unreal saw blue walleyes and caught a a 26lbs northern pike. Fishing was incredible the whole time we were there. Dumoine lake cottages has great boats and cabins Icould'nt be more pleased with our trip defintly going back!

Hey fishhardcore, thinking about going to Dumoine lake with this outfitter in 2013. What time of year did you go? What was the drive in like- I will be pulling my own boat-17.5 Princecraft with 115 hp. Was the fishing really that good?

I have been to Dumoine for the past 19 years. The fishing is great. We usually go the first of July and depending on the heat, which can slow it down some we have had great fishing each year. It use to be a fly - in place but we have driven in the last 5 or so years. It take between 2 and 2.5 hrs but we are not pulling a boat. Its a little rough at the end but it can be done. Some guys came in last year when we were there and they brought in their own boats. The boats Eric has have always done us well over the years so I am not sure its worth the hassle.
