Question What's the differences between the Trophy and Rev 4 props?

Both are 4 bladed. Yet the Rev 4 does "look" a bit more aggressive.

Is this like the comparison of the Laser II and Tempest Plus 3 bladed props?

Many consider the Trophy Plus to be a 4 bladed small hub Laser- with the Rev 4 being very much like a 4 blade Tempest. This isn't exactly correct technically, but it's close enough for most boat users. The Rev 4 has much greater blade area than a Trophy Plus- making it more suitable for larger hulls, especially if you need to gain bowlift without excessive trim. The Trophy Plus with its small vented hub has a lot of trouble planing off a big rig. On my SF176 Starcraft, rigged light, the Trophy Plus is my favorite prop- but with a 4-5 person load the prop will struggle a bit to plane the hull due to the vented hub.

I thought the Rev 4 was known more for its stern lift than its bow lift? Getting the back of the boat up quick to plane off and give better hole shot. Allowing you to keep the bow down in rough water to slice the waves instead of slap them. If I remember right Ricky said the Rev 4 and the OFS 4 are very comparable giving stern lift and the OFX 4 was more for bow lift.

The Rev4 has the bow lift of a Tempest but also has stern lift because of the long exhaust tube with no flare. I actually get more bow lift on my boat with a Rev than I do with a Tempest.
