yamaha trim tilt wont work

the trim tilt motor is humming but motor will not move up or down worked fine then all of a sudden no action any idea's it is a 250 yamaha 4 stroke,, there is NO sign of leaking fluid

Went out and tried it again after about 4 or 5 hours and it works perfect now, ????????????????

Bad battery?
Check battery with meter, should be between 12-13 volts, any less than 12 you need a new battery.
