Bottom line man....women folk are weird. If you can figger em out. write a book and you'll never have to worry about how much is in your checking account again.

Trust me, it wasn't opened for my future well being, i'm guessing they were probably giving away free coffee mugs with every new account that day. At this point in my life, it would take a heck of a lot more to embarrass me!

As far as my husband fishing, i can only assume this was a legitimate question, i certainly hope it wasn't an attempt at humor...if it was i feel sorry for the people around you, counting the ants in my backyard would be more ammusing. To answer your question...I don't have a husband, so i guess no. Good question though, keep 'em coming numb nutz!

I took care of it today. It actually turns out she wasn't listed as a co-owner anymore. At some point she was taken off, i just neeed to order new checks without her name on it. I've been working through the same box for the last 15-20 years.

As far as me being a momma's boy...if the relationship i have with my mom consitutes that label, then so be it! Cheers to all the momma's boys around here!!!!

The question is? If the same box of checks has lasted you 15-20 years why have a checking account? You can go to a Holiday gas station and get a money order for 50 cents.

my student loans have been auto pulling from the account since i graduated and there are the rare occassions where certain mom & pop type stores still only accept cash or check.

Well here goes my first post.If this is considered a hijack, please forgive me.I am still trying to learn this newfangled computer thing.I am still trying to live in the 70's and I don't want to come out.But anyway we have been married 35 years come october. Not only does she not care when or how often I go,she encourages me to go.All she asks for is a mess of walleye for supper,so with all that said, she is not only my partner she is my best friend.I think I will keep her forever!
