Anyone know if a "FLAT" would be available in either town and where?

"Outdoors again" is a bait/tackle shop in Baudette and has flats for about $55-$60. I believe their hours are in the neighborhod of 6am to 8pm this time of year? They are a few blocks west of the road to cross (72) on 11 just west of what used to be the ranch house and now is alice...?? In Rainy, I don't know.
