Question Size of Trollmaster Pro 2 controller?

Just wondering what the dimensions are for the hand held controller that come with the Trollmaster Pro 2. I've got a few ideas for "storage" mounts when it's not in my hand but still needed within reach.

Has anyone done anything "custom" to mount the controller or do y'all just carry them around the boat with you?

They are corded, correct?

I'll measure mine when I get home if no one else has replied, yes they are corded, least last I seen.

Come with a mount that looks like a mike set up.

Make sure you give yourself enough wire, I like to lay mine on the dash or gunnale and keep it handy, great unit and it makes the T-8 I have a very useful tool.

The Pro3 is 2 5/8 X 4 1/4 X 1 1/2 deep. They look to be the same as the Pro2. I placed mine in a Ram x-grip with a suction cup mount. I can then move and stick it anywhere in the boat.

They are corded.

Thanks for the responses, but I kind of figured it out with my own!

My Pro 2 is installed and was tested, and tested again over the weekend. How I got along without one is beyond me! These are way too cool!!

I have a few tweaks to do but had VERY good luck right out of the box. I used to be a RC buff and have a few high torque servos around to try. And there "may" be a dead spot in the speed control rheostat. BUT... The jury's still out on that. For now.

So far... I am more than happy. And... with the help of a extra Ram mount, now have a custom mount!

I'm REALLY looking forward to my next trolling session on "the pond"!!!
